Responsibility:

• Develop partnerships within GameFi , NFT, and layer1/layer2

• Own all elements of the partnership life cycle: scoping of opportunities, identifying potential partners, framing of value, negotiating agreements, and implementation and optimization

• Contribute to dealing with team operations and new market initiatives

• develop and execute the partnership strategy and tactics that will support DeGame growth

• Work independently to lead cross-functional partnership initiatives, working with marketing, operation, and product teams.

Requirements:

• English as working language

• 3+ years of experience in a business development role in web3

• Deep understanding of GameFi, NFTs, layer1/layer2

• The ability to build and manage relationships with partners

• Being successful in negotiating a broad set of different types of deals

• Must have great interpersonal and communications skills

• Intellectually curious and think in a structured way

• Prefer time zone UTC+8
